Look what I did today!

I decided to take matters into my own hands.... and I painted the bedroom and hung the canopy! I feel very productive today! :) Jesse loves me, he encouraged me to decorate however I wanted. PINK!

The other day when Jesse came home from work he gave me a bouquet of pink roses, Twix and a beautiful poem he wrote for me!  Here's the poem:

The Greatest Gift by Jesse

The deepest reds, the bluest blues

can paint the world in a thousand hues.

One million pearls, ten thousand gems,

a hundred poems that frame the Thames.

A handsome feast, a silken robe,

a golden coin, from across the globe...

These are all things that express beauty and love,

but there is nothing in this earth nor the heavens above

that captures the feeling you instill in my heart

or the way I ache when we're far, far apart.

Many things God has given, for us to employ,

there are beauties at our disposal, for us to enjoy.

There are rolling hills, and towering trees, 

There are sandy white beaches that follow the seas...

But when I see the moon or the grandest tree,

I remember His blessings and thing of his greatest gift to me...

You. 

He loves me! And I love him! :) We're very happy.
