If you're into fiber arts, I can teach you how to spin wool and knit. I love counted cross-stitch, too. Have you ever tried it? Hope you find some good ideas :)

Sewing!! Write books for children. It's hard to find a book for beginning readers that is truly for the beginning reader.
Fly fishing, bear hunting, world record eating, cross-country cycling, white-water rafting, worm farm, shoe collecting, yard sales (buying or selling), lion tamer, trick horse rider, wild west re-enactor, mountain woman story-telling, tacky t-shirt club, tie-dye expert...the possibilities are endless! :0) I am being silly. I love the the idea of writing children's books. And you know that I love to sew. I am working on a pair of super easy crocheted slippers -- we could do it together. We should go to the store and look around.
Learn a new language.
....and of course I agree with the sewing idea too. :)
I could have sworn I already commented on this, but maybe I typed it and forgot to hit send... :P I was going to mention knitting and sewing as well so I guess it doesn't matter! :)
